Socks & Magic Loop
Any item normally done in the round can be done on magic loop, so if you would prefer to bring a hat, mittens or just some scrap yarn to learn instead of socks, that works too!
This class will also cover Socks on double pointed needles! If you are comfortable knitting on double points already feel free to work down to the point where you need help prior to class.

Will require knowing how to knit in the round either on circular needles or on double points
Requirements:
Materials (For magic loop):
A long circular needle in the right size for your project (a 32" is usually the most comfortable for socks or other small items)
Your pattern if you are using one
Yarn for the pattern
Stitch markers
Materials (For socks on Double Points):
A set of double pointed needles in the right size for your yarn/pattern
The pattern you are working with (Yankee knitter has a great sock pattern for multiple sizes and weights of yarn!)

She has been knitting for more than 30 years and completed the Master Knitter program with the Knitting Guild of Canada. She has also taught at some of the guilds where she's belonged. More recently, she has patterns in 3 of the One Skein Wonders books! She has also knit samples for a few different yarn companies.
