Return Policy

We accept returns on "as new" product within 2 weeks of receipt. Refunds are for full purchase price of yarn. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping on returns and exchanges is at the customer's expense and will not be refunded. If you need to return or exchange yarn please contact us via e-mail.
